WHAT IS A DISCOVERY CALL AND HOW DO I BOOK ONE?

A discovery call is 'THE CALL' we have together after enquiring about my services. I will contact you after you initial enquiry to set up a time to chat.
During the discovery call discuss
1. What services you require and if I have the skill set to carry them out.
2. The time frame in which you need the project completed and If I am able to accommodate
3. and importantly to see if we are each other's kind of people.
It is important that we can have a balanced working relationship.

WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?

I guess you could, if you live local to me and would rather catch up in person rather than have a discovery call , I don't see why not. But otherwise no, everything is online right from the booking process through to the deliverables.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?

Firstly I am a mum, to 3 children + 2 step children, so 5 in total which means my hours vary. My youngest is 2 so I work around him mostly which means that my hours vary from, early mornings, around nap times and late nights and when my husband is home to take some of the pressure off me. So yes and no, I will often work parts of weekends and after hours and holidays where we have the kids we dedicate the time to them. However I won't take on any projects or tasks that I am unable to achieve in the time that I have.

What types of projects and tasks can I outsource?

You can outsource anything that isn’t your specialized service that can be completed virtually (as much as I’d loveeee to take wedding photos with you, I’d leave that to the pro). Not sure what you need to outsource? Take a few weeks to write down which tasks you are repetitively doing. Then, sort those tasks into tasks that require your expertise and tasks that don’t. You’d be surprised by what you can actually pass off. If you aren't sure, just ask - we’ve worked with A LOT of business owners so we can help you brainstorm!

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR HIRING A VA?

1. ENQUIRE | Go ahead and check out my services and stalk my Instagram page and click any of my 'work with me' buttons on my web page or follow the link in my Instagram bio and let me know what you are looking for. I will also send you all the services and packages in detail so you can check me out in more detail.
2. PRE-DISCOVERY CALL | Once I hear from you, I will then stalk you which will give me a little idea of who you are and what you do so I can gauge where I could potentially help and Ill book that discovery call with you.
3. DISCOVERY CALL | We chat in detail what services you require, a little about our expectations from each other and see if we are compatible to work together.
4. THE PROPOSAL | I will send out a proposal with the services that we discussed and the packages that I feel will be best suited to your needs. At this point you can accept the proposal, sign a contract and pay your invoice.
5.ONBOARD | We will onboard you, which is where we hand over all the details and info we need to work together efficiently
6. WORK | I do the work required and send you the deliverables!
